1. Introduction
These terms of use apply to the services offered by Foresting Tomorrow ApS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through the website www.forsler.com (hereinafter referred to as "Forsler").
The terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern your use of Forsler, which allows you to document your own or others' forests.
By creating an account or otherwise accessing Forsler, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should immediately stop using Forsler.

2. Your Forsler Account
To access the services of Forsler, you are required to create an account. It is important that the information associated with your account is kept up to date at all times, especially your email address, as a valid email address is often the only means by which we can verify your identity and help you log back in.
When you create an account on Forsler, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process and ensure it remains updated. Failure to do so may result in Forsler not functioning properly and our inability to contact you with important messages.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must immediately notify us of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your account or account password. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your username and password, whether or not you are aware of such use.
Data that you provide to Forsler, including information entered, uploaded, etc., belongs to you. Forsler is not permitted to use this data for other purposes, except that Forsler is entitled to use the data for analysis, research, and statistical purposes.
Upon termination of your agreement, you have the opportunity to export the data you have entered, uploaded, etc., to Forsler before the agreement ends.

3. Payment
Payment for the use of Forsler, including its services, can be made using the following payment methods: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, invoice, or payment via EAN.
When entering into an agreement with the Company for the provision of services through Forsler, payments will be charged at monthly or yearly intervals according to the date the agreement was made. Once the payment has been charged to your card or the invoice has been paid, a receipt for the services provided will be sent to the associated email address.
If the payment is not charged as agreed, the Company is entitled to send an invoice with a payment slip for the service.

4. Use of Forsler
Forsler is made available for your own personal use. Forsler must not be used for illegal or improper purposes.
When using Forsler, you must comply with applicable Danish law. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and the Terms when using Forsler.
Specifically, but not limited to, you agree not to:
a) Use Forsler in an illegal manner or in a way that promotes or encourages illegal activity, including copyright infringement;
b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Forsler or the networks, servers, or computer systems connected to Forsler; or
c) Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse-engineer any part of Forsler, or reformat or frame any part of the pages that constitute Forsler, except to the extent expressly permitted by the Terms or by law.
You agree to fully indemnify the Company and its affiliates for any losses, damages, costs, and expenses the Company suffers directly or indirectly as a result of your use of Forsler in any way that is not in accordance with the Terms or applicable law.
The name "Forsler", the Forsler logo, and other trademarks or rights, including intellectual property rights, relating to Forsler, belong exclusively to the Company. Aside from the right to use Forsler, you do not have any rights or licenses to the Company’s intellectual property rights, including updates and modifications of Forsler, even if such changes are based on suggestions or information received from you. You acknowledge that the Company may use such suggestions and information without additional compensation.

Any dispute between the parties resulting from these terms of use, or matters related thereto, shall be governed exclusively by Danish law and settled by the Court of Aalborg as the first instance.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision made by the Company or otherwise wish to complain or contact the Company, you may do so at info@forsler.com. The Company will process your inquiry as soon as possible after receipt.
14. Assignment of Rights
The Company has the right to assign its rights and obligations under these terms of use to another party without prior consent. You do not have the right to assign your rights and obligations under these Terms to any other party without the prior written consent of the Company.
